We are currently supporting a company that is looking to bring a Customer Services Advisor into their technical support team.
This role plays a key part in assisting global customers with a range of after-sales queries, including operational challenges. It's ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and delivering excellent service.

HoursMonday-Friday, 7:45am - 5:00pm
Pay£13.50-£14.50 per hour (holiday accrued) - approx. £27,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities- Respond to technical calls and emails from international customers and internal teams.
- Use the company knowledge base to provide effective solutions.
- Process and track warranty claims; create import/export documentation and licences.
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM system.
- Support stock rotation and management in the warranty warehouse.
- Track outsourced repairs.
- Participate in team meetings, exhibitions, and installation events.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all health & safety procedures.
- Ensure products comply with regulations and are correctly labelled.
- Promote equal opportunities and maintain a respectful working environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Confident communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Familiarity with Windows and MS Office.
- Strong teamwork, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C / Level 4 or equivalent).
- Self‑motivated, resilient, reliable, and results‑driven.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
