With a team of 45 people across the UK & US, they blend strategy, UX, content, SEO/AEO, and Hub Spot delivery to generate inbound leads and drive revenue.

They’re hiring a Senior Website Strategist to lead end-to-end website strategy projects and support ongoing growth programmes. You’ll own discovery, shape information architecture, guide buyer journeys, and help clients improve performance month after month.

This is strategy + hands-on optimisation — perfect if you love turning insight into real commercial impact.

• Run discovery and kick-offs
• Build website strategy & information architecture
• Conduct keyword/intent research for SEO/AEO
• Shape page-level strategy with UX/design
• Support retainer clients with audits, CRO experiments, SEO & optimisation roadmaps

• Strong background in B2B website strategy, UX, CRO, and/or content strategy
• Experience planning site structures & IA
• Comfortable leading workshops & presenting ideas
• Agency experience managing multiple projects
• Strong CMS/CRM understanding (Hub Spot experience is a big plus)
• An interest and preferably some experience in AI tools
