Workbooks is seeking a driven CRM Consultant to lead implementations from discovery through go-live, helping customers optimize sales, marketing, service, and operations with Workbooks CRM.
You’ll configure solutions, run workshops, migrate data, test, train users, and support UAT while coordinating with customers and technical teams. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in Reading and 2 days remote, plus ongoing learning opportunities and benefits.
