We are looking for a Renewals Coordinator to be successful and grow with us in our Theale, Reading office 3 days a week (Hybrid). WFH (remote) days will be expected to work GMT hours. This role is for U.K.–based candidates currently living in the U.K.
Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom on a Full‑Time/Permanent basis for any employer without restriction. Visa Sponsor ships or Transfers will not be provided for this position.
The Renewals Coordinator will help enable customer contract renewals by providing pricing quotations, processing purchase orders, identifying contractual language within existing agreements, and other tasks needed to drive renewals to closure. The successful candidate will need to be responsive to different types of requests, have an ability to understand basic legal language, and work well within a team. The role will be critical in securing recurring revenues and price uplifts as part of the contract renewal process.
HowYou’ll Contribute
- Provide customer quotes for pricing of upcoming contract renewals
- Secure purchase orders from customers to enable compliance
- Identify contractual terms and conditions upon request, with particular emphasis on pricing restrictions and customer support requirements
- Assist in the development of strategic pricing initiatives
- Gather data and assist with renewal metrics reporting
- Work in close conjunction with the Accounting, Customer Success, and Account Management teams
- Assist with other miscellaneous requests to drive contract renewals to closure
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Basic understanding of contract language and legal documents
- Skillset and experience communicating professionally
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Prior experience evaluating customer contracts, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited University
