Maintenance Manager – Malmaison

Take overall responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities, and management of the maintenance team. Allocate responsibilities to the team, complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules with precision. Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Experience working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required. Knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial. Computer literacy is essential for the compliance and audit part of the role. A hands‑on manager with excellent communication, organization and attention to detail is essential.

Internal progression is encouraged – this role could be a stepping stone to a higher management position within Malmaison.
