• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meet all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area and determine when cleaning is required.
• Use all cleaning equipment and chemicals correctly while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role successfully.
• Work effectively within a team and take initiative independently.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and continuously seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined attitude.
