• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, schedule work, and use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Work within a team and proactively contribute to positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service.
• Continuously improve cleaning processes to exceed expectations.
• Complete all required training and maintain safety compliance.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach, self‑driven, honest, determined, reliable, hardworking, with a professional attitude.
