• Key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises.
• Perform routine minor repairs (DIY basic plumbing/electrics) and manage external contractor access.
• Ensure internal areas and external grounds (playgrounds, classrooms) are kept tidy and fit for use.

• Proven experience in a maintenance or site support role, practical skills and strong commitment to H&S awareness.
