Financial Planning Manager

This Financial Planning Manager job provides an opportunity to join a national independent financial planning firm that is continuing to grow through organic growth and acquiring IFA client banks.

• Lead and manage a team of Financial Advisors, ensuring they achieve and exceed their targets.
• Provide T&C supervision, ensuring compliance, high-quality client service and continuous professional development through 1:1s, workshops, presentations and training.
• Recruit and onboard new advisors, supporting them to achieve CAS status and thrive in the role.
• Travel as required to visit advisors and attend head office management meetings.

• Prior experience as a manager within the financial planning industry, leading a team of Financial Advisors.
• Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Experience of both management and T&C responsibilities.
• Comfortable with regular travel to support the team.

• Salary of £60,000 – £70,000 plus £4,800 car allowance per annum.
