Description The Accounting Manager will build and manage client relationships, oversee portfolios, and deliver outstanding service that enhances the firm’s reputation and client satisfaction. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can inspire a high‑performing team, engage with stakeholders, and drive revenue growth while aligning with Xeinadin’s vision, mission, and values.

• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and the delivery of all actions, deadlines, and client discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff.
• Review team files to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory regulations, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Provide industry‑leading insights, advice, and solutions to enhance the firm’s reputation and expand the client base.
• Drive efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
• Contribute to strategic and business planning, focusing on increasing revenue and profits.
• Hold responsibility for managing client relationships ensuring maximum value, quality, and compliance.
• Complete a personal portfolio of client work, offering expert insights and advice to clients.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly driven with a long‑term goal of progressing to Director‑level leadership.
