About The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to join Reading Audi. As Sytner Service Manager, you will lead a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will oversee our team of service advisors, technicians and support team within the service department and deliver a full Aftersales service to our customers, whilst maximise profitability and the sales of parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres and subcontracted sales.
You will be an integral member of the Management Team and deliver the very best customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional aftersales operation. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
- Lead and develop the service team, including service advisors, technicians and support staff.
- Deliver a full Aftersales service to customers and maximise profitability across parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres and subcontracted sales.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and an efficient, professional aftersales operation.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential, with strong technical knowledge.
- Ability to work in a high-pressured environment and strong leadership skills to drive a team forward.
- Strive for operational excellence with a strategic mindset and a customer-first approach.
- Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry is a minimum requirement for this role.
