I'm partnering with a well-established regional contractor on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team and lead a newly secured scheme. The contractor is set to begin a £4 million project in February and is keen to bring someone on board this year to support pre-construction and procurement activities. This client has a long-standing reputation across multiple sectors and operates in areas including:

About the Role This is a key role within a growing team, offering the chance to take ownership of a technically complex project and play a major part in delivering a flagship educational facility. You'll work closely with senior leaders and a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of a new-build educational project

Coordinate design, oversee site delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification

Take responsibility for commercial performance and accurate reporting

Support business development through client engagement and networking

Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
