About the Role
We re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing contractor delivering a commercial fit-out project in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project while being part of a business that s rapidly expanding and investing in its people.

About the Company
Our client has seen exceptional growth, increasing turnover from £30m to £60m in recent years, and they re continuing to build a strong, reliable team of Project Managers who can move seamlessly from project to project. Once the Reading project is complete, there s a strong likelihood of continuation on major projects closer to Central London, offering long-term stability and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all electrical aspects of a £10m commercial fit-out project
• Oversee project delivery from planning through to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
• Drive quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit-out, building services or similar projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively
• Relevant electrical qualifications and knowledge of industry standards

• Contracting (Outside IR35) OR Salary:
  Circa £400 P.D / £75,000 - £85,000 + Pension + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday
