Registered Manager

Supported Living (Adults 1865)

Salary :

Up to £75,000 + car allowance + pension

An established and rapidly growing provider of Supported Living services is seeking a strong, commercially minded Registered Manager to lead multiple services and drive organisational growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape a large portfolio, influence strategic direction, and build long-term stability within an ambitious organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee 20+ Supported Living services for adults with LD, Autism, Downs Syndrome and complex needs
  • Drive service performance, quality, and compliance across regulated and unregulated services
  • Develop and mentor Service Managers, Team Leaders and staff teams
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders
  • Identify and deliver new business opportunities to support organisational growth
  • Ensure robust support planning, risk management and CQC compliance
  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic goals
  • Support the opening of new services on a planned expansion cycle
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or multi-site Service Manager in Supported Living
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Confident working with complex care packages (1 : 13 :
    1)
  • Track record of service growth or commercial development
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple services and priorities effectively

Driver preferred but not essential
