Toolmaker
An exciting position has become available for a full-time experienced press Toolmaker to work in a small friendly Toolroom within a high security manufacturing company. Position requirements will be the manufacture of form and cutting tools, jigs, and fixings to support production.
Key Responsibilities- Follow technical instructions and contribute to production support activities.
- Carry out maintenance and repair tasks as required.
- Work with a variety of tools and machinery.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Comfortable using hand tools and general workshop equipment.
- Able to interpret technical information.
- Practical knowledge of working in a hands‑on environment.
- Solution‑focused mindset with good communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
Up to £36,504
