Production Operative

Hours :
Monday to Friday 7 : 30am 4 : 00pm (37.5 paid hours per week)

Syntech Recruitment is working with a growing manufacturing business in Wokingham to find a hardworking Production Operative to join their small friendly production team. This is a hands‑on role in a clean well‑organised environment ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys variety in their day‑to‑day tasks.

• Permanent full‑time position with a stable employer
• Competitive hourly rate of  depending on experience
• Straightforward day shifts :
  Monday to Friday 7 : 30am 4 : 00pm
• 20 days holiday bank holidays (gaining an extra day each year)
• Optional weekend overtime at time and a half

• Support all production activities within the moulding and assembly department
• Change materials, print labels and prepare finished goods for dispatch
• Check weigh, palletise and log completed components
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the production area
• Assist with measuring parts, tool changes and quality checks as needed
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

• Previous manufacturing or production experience (injection moulding experience a plus)
• Proactive and flexible approach to varied daily tasks
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and works well as part of a small team
