As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial function—organising, coordinating, and ensuring seamless delivery of marketing activities. This newly created position offers a clear career path toward Junior Brand Management, making it ideal for someone eager to learn and develop.

• Manage budgets, raise POs, and track spend accurately.
• Analyse sales data, generate insights, and present findings.
• Ensure compliance with ABPI Code of Practice and maintain audit readiness.
• Organise engaging events and team meetings that inspire collaboration.

• Currently working as a Marketing Executive/Coordinator in pharma OR in a medical communications agency as an Account Exec/Senior Account Exec.
• Strong understanding of ABPI Code of Practice (essential).
• Experience with Veeva Promo Mats (ideal).
• Highly organised, polished, and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress into brand management.
