Terra Verde Landscaping is a growing landscaping and grounds maintenance company delivering high-quality services across the South East. Alongside our landscaping operations, we carry out professional tree surgery work for residential and commercial clients. We are now looking for an experienced and reliable Tree Surgeon to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Based in Reading, you will travel to sites across the South East (within a 50-mile radius). The role involves carrying out a wide range of tree surgery works safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.

• Carrying out tree surgery operations including pruning, reductions, dismantling, and removals
• Safe use of chainsaws, climbing equipment, and wood chippers
• Rigging and lowering operations where required
• Site clearance, including processing timber and removing arisings
• Carrying out pre-work safety checks and maintaining a safe working environment
• Maintaining tools, machinery, and vehicles
• Representing the company professionally on client sites

• Proven experience as a Tree Surgeon / Arborist
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Relevant NPTC/LANTRA qualifications, such as:
• Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross Cutting
• Felling & Processing Trees
• Aerial Cutting with a Chainsaw
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for outdoor work
