We’re working with a leading Build to Rent operator to recruit a Leasing Professional for a flagship residential development in Reading. This is a rare opportunity to join a high performing team at a pivotal moment, as the scheme transitions from lease up to stabilisation.

Importantly, this newly created role offers the chance to shape the leasing journey at a 598‑unit development. You’ll be joining a collaborative, inclusive team with strong internal support and a shared commitment to excellence.

• Managing enquiries, viewings, and deal progression
• Preparing lease and move‑in documentation
• Supporting marketing and renewal strategies
• Collaborating with on‑site teams to deliver exceptional service
• Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and resident experience

Mon‑Fri 9:00‑17:30, working 1 in every third Saturday; when a Saturday is worked the following Monday is taken off.

We’re looking for someone with spark, drive, and a passion for the sector. You might come from Build to Rent, PBSA, PRS, hospitality, or lettings; what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

• Salary: £30,000
• Bonus: 10% discretionary (regularly achieved)
