Account Executive

Currys plc – join our Business Sales team to support our business customers and help them find the right tech solutions. As the UK’s best‑known retailer of technology, we serve 25,000 caring colleagues and thousands of customers. In this permanent, full‑time role you’ll work 30‑39 hours per week with flexibility for extra hours. The base pay is £13.32 per hour (London stores receive an additional £0.45) plus an average hourly bonus of £1.77.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about connecting local business owners with the right products, building accounts, and contributing to our store’s sales performance. You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and customer‑centric.

Responsibilities
  • Make every customer interaction memorable.
  • Ask the right questions to match business customers with products.
  • Build and maintain a network of local business owners.
  • Grow new business relationships and develop accounts.
  • Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
  • Stay aware of local competitor activities and suggest ways to stay ahead.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with customers in a retail or B2B environment (or both).
  • The drive to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Eagerness to learn about the latest technology.
  • Confidence working as part of a team.
