Be accountable for a number of stores, serving as the point of contact for visual support. Monitor and encourage your visual team to create leading visual merchandising displays, support the Retail team, encourage progression and maximise store profitability.
Responsibilities- Ensure the weekly VM pack has been actioned and all points achieved in assigned stores.
- Conduct weekly floor walks, raising and actioning any points that need addressing.
- Verify commercial set‑up, correct POS placement and analyse Oracle figures to optimise product locations.
- Train, develop and produce training plans for the in‑store team and merchandiser.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions for in‑store teams and potential future talent.
- Maintain regular communication with the Visual Support Manager and Area Sales Manager.
- Submit Store Visit Reports to the Visual Support Manager and Area Sales Manager weekly.
- Communicate new ideas and improvement opportunities to your Visual Support Manager.
- Promote hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance in line with company procedures.
- Achieve KPI targets: weekly VM pack completion, commercial set‑up, sales improvement, training plan development, report completeness, store cleanliness.
- Visual merchandising experience (advantageous).
- Retail management skills (advantageous).
- Excellent leadership and time‑management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- IT skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Driving licence preferable (not essential).
- Willingness to travel for new store openings.
