Whatdoes an Operational Support Specialist do?
As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for progressing all administration required to support Guardians Customer Service proposition and achieve the target business outcomes. Working closely with the Front Office team you will provide support to advisers and customers accurately and compliantly.
