Are you someone who thrives in the Insurance Industry? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Insurance Account Executive who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.

This role is within our specialist Self Drive Hire insurance team and involves fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs. You will support clients year‑round and engage in networking and prospecting to build and develop your portfolio.

You will inherit a book of longstanding clients, nurturing the account, growing organically and through cross‑sale opportunities and generating new clients through existing introducers, internal referrals and prospecting.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, both face‑to‑face, via phone and video calls.
• Tailor insurance solutions to meet client needs and drive renewal and cross‑sale.
• Conduct networking, prospecting, and portfolio development activities.
• Collaborate with the team and support others to achieve collective goals.

Your experience should include:

• Previous work in the insurance industry, handling policies from inception to renewal.
• Certificates in Insurance are desirable but not essential.
• Exposure to Self‑Drive hire and Motor Trade insurance products is beneficial; training is available.

Our Head Office is in Reading, but the role can be based anywhere in the UK for the right candidate.
