This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Executive role based in Reading. The Account Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving customer challenges and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building and managing client relationships
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey value propositions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Analytical skills and the ability to use data‑driven insights to inform strategies
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work in team‑oriented environments
• Previous experience in software sales or in industries such as fleet or asset management is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
