Sales Representative

The purpose of this role is to drive new sales and accelerate the growth of Seequent’s business by consistently delivering closed‑won deals in a focused region with high growth potential. You will acquire new clients, expand the customer base for our software solutions and convert new business opportunities. The role focuses on identifying high‑potential prospects, understanding their business challenges, and positioning our software solutions as strategic tools for transformation.

Business

Growth
  • Prospect and qualify new leads, engaging in opportunities from inbound MQLs and outbound channels such as calls, emails, Linked In, events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline that is at least 3X the sales target.
  • Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as MEDDPICC and BANT.
  • Deliver closed‑won sales and maximize the potential of each opportunity, whether short, medium or long term.
  • Understand client challenges and position our software solutions as strategic growth drivers.
  • Deliver tailored presentations that highlight value and impact.
  • Accurately forecast deals and keep the CRM pipeline updated for management reviews.
  • Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaboration
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining a customer‑focused company culture guided by coaching and support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—BDMs, sales, CSS, marketing, product, and external partners—to deliver client success.
  • Maintain constructive and positive internal and external relationships.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and mutual support within the team.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven success in lead generation and closing new business.
  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles and frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Insight Selling, Challenger Sale, and SPIN.
  • Excellent forecasting, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable with remote collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
  • Passionate about building new business and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and self‑confident.
  • Local language and cultural understanding (as appropriate) and local presence in the specific geography.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Innovative and open‑to working in a fast‑growing, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proactive in identifying ways to improve processes.
