Net New Account Executive Enterprise (m/f/d) - UK

What do we do?

We empower customers to efficiently deliver, operate, regenerate, and dispose of their built assets across their entire lifecycle through a Connected Data Ecosystem, combining information‑management expertise with deep knowledge of building, infrastructure, and energy industries.

What your day will look like

You will report directly to the Director (Invest or Enterprise). Depending on your location, you will work hybrid or remote, based in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire net new customers by developing and executing strategic plans in an assigned territory to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in untapped regions.
  • Engage with new customers to build relationships, discover, document, and understand their challenges.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline focused on customer outcomes, delivering compelling presentations to showcase Thinkproject’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate deals, discuss terms, and close agreements that satisfy both the client and the company.
  • Analyze market trends, industry activity, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Implement sales strategy by developing territory‑specific plans aligned with Thinkproject’s overall strategy to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal customer‑facing teams, including Technical Sales, Services, Marketing, and Partner Management.
  • Track sales metrics and report data to leadership, using insights for strategic decisions and forecasts.
What you need to fulfill the role
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud‑based solutions.
  • Experience in new customer / new logo acquisition.
  • Experience in outcome‑based solution selling.
  • Fluency in English.
