Parts Advisor

Overview

My client is a main car dealership team based in Reading and they are currently looking for a new parts advisor to join their team.

  Part Contact Centre has been created to liaise with our retail and trade customers from a central point for the supply of PSA Group, MG, Hyundai & Mazda parts & accessories.
• The team will handle retail telephone enquiries and all third-party trade parts telephone enquiries, order and arrange delivery of parts to the relevant dealerships for collection.
• The successful candidates will have excellent telephone skills, good knowledge of car parts and will be competent looking up parts on the electronic parts catalogue.
• Previous experience using Kerridge would be an advantage as well as superb customer care skills to be able to maintain and develop relationships with our trade customers.
• Basic salary is 27K plus 5K bonus potential (based on parts sales).
• Hours are 08:00am until 17:30pm Monday to Friday (Saturdays are on a rota basis & time is given back in lieu of any Saturdays worked).
