💰 £25,000 base + uncapped commission

💰 £30-35,000+ OTE in first year

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

Building relationships with clients in the Engineering or Technology sectors
Finding and engaging top talent to match with your clients needs
Managing the full recruitment process; from first contact to job offer
Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)💡 What We're Looking For
