Salary :
Up to £30,000 per annum
Earning Potential :
Up to 15% Performance Based Bonus + Hybrid Company Car
Location :
South of UK (M3 / M4 Corridors and London)
Contract :
Full-Time, Permanent (Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours)

What you’ll be doingAs a Channel Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between Lenovo and our B2B trade partners. Your mission is to drive brand advocacy and maximize sales through :
Relationship Building - Establishing credible, profitable partnerships with B2B outlets across Reading, Farnborough, and the surrounding South territory
Product Expertise - Becoming a Lenovo "Product Expert," understanding the competitive landscape and shifting from "feature-selling" to "need-matching"
Training & Motivation - Engaging and coaching outlet colleagues to ensure they are confident and excited to recommend Lenovo products to their customers
Driving Growth - Managing the existing trade partner base to increase both "sell-in" and "sell-out" volumes
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a high-energy "go-getter" who is hungry to exceed targets. To be successful, you will need :
Tech Industry Experience - You must have a proven background working with or selling technology within a B2B environment. You should be comfortable discussing hardware specifications and digital solutions.
Proven Results - A track record of delivering (and smashing) sales targets
Relationship Skills - The ability to influence people at all levels and build instant rapport
Driving Licence - A full UK manual driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
Flexibility - As this is a national role with a Southern focus, you must be comfortable with extensive travel and overnight stays
