The Role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across London’s food service sector. With a focus on fresh produce, you will build strong partnerships with chefs, restaurants, contract caterers, hotels, and wholesalers, showcasing high-quality products and delivering outstanding service.

The Idea for this position is to grow it into a Senior Sales management position in the South East Area!

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive new business acquisition across the London food service market

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with chefs, buyers, and decision-makers

* Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and product presentations

* Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure excellent customer service

* Track performance against targets, providing insight and recommendations for growth

About You:

* Proven experience in business development or account management within food service

* Knowledge of fresh produce or wider perishable categories is highly desirable

* Strong network within London’s hospitality and catering sectors

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
