AboutYour Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure. In this role you will work in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people, help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training, you will be enthusiastic and enjoy motivating people to push themselves in a safe and encouraging manner.
All Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivery of our world‑class Group Workout Programme. If you are motivated and driven, we will support you in achieving this qualification through continuous learning and development.
Qualifications & Attributes- You are enthusiastic about delivering group workouts to large and small classes in a fast‑paced environment and can hold the attention of a room full of people.
- You possess strong people skills and always put the customers' needs first, building personable and meaningful relationships.
- You have exceptional time‑management skills.
- You keep a high level of knowledge and stay on top of new trends within the industry through continuous personal development.
- You are comfortable working with customers of all abilities, no matter the stage of their fitness journey.
- You work as part of a team to keep our facilities clean, safe and compliant with regulations and company procedures.
