• Associates are compensated on a fee‑for‑service basis with remuneration starting from 35% to 40% of collections and higher (depending on experience)

• 35 hours per week
• Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Registered or in process of registering with the Alberta Dental Association and College
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Alberta (applications from other Canadian provinces are welcome)
• New graduates welcome – comprehensive mentorship provided
• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for patient care
