Self-starters who find their own wayInquisitive and curious team membersIndividuals who are willing to be a part of on-call rotation4th or 5th Class Power Engineering certificate requiredMinimum two years of building operating experienceKnowledge of building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building automation systems and life safety systemsExceptional communications, organizational, interpersonal and time management skillsAble to easily adopt new technology and innovative business solutionsProficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and OutlookExposure to Office 365 and Power BI; an assetWhat will you do?
Perform daily building operations tasks like building maintenance and building repairsMonitor and liaise with maintenance staff and subcontractors while they are on-siteConduct regular building equipment checks/inspections and identify abnormalities or inefficienciesRespond to tenant service requests and emergencies in a timely mannerParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule with other team members
