Commercial Account Manager

Overview

Ing & McKee Insurance is growing and we’re looking for a new addition to our Commercial Lines team! As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients manage risk and protect what matters most. You’ll work closely with a Commercial Broker/Producer to deliver exceptional service, support new business, and ensure smooth renewals and day‑to‑day servicing.

• Building strong, lasting client relationships through trust and proactive service
• Supporting new business, renewals, endorsements, and general account activities
• Collaborating with insurers to secure competitive coverage
• Managing documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Analyzing risk and coverage needs alongside the Advisor
• Identifying opportunities to grow and retain business
• Leveraging tools like EPIC, Office 365, and Zoom to stay organized and responsive

• Level 2 General Insurance License (or Level 1 and ready to level up)
• Experience in commercial lines across various industries
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills
• A growth mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
