Based within the Assessment Team under the “Relationships First” model

• Carry out comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of children and families
• Develop and implement tailored care plans to ensure safety and promote well-being
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to coordinate support services
• Maintain accurate, timely case records in compliance with statutory requirements
• Empower families through guidance and support to achieve positive outcomes

• A recognised qualification in Social Work (BA, MA, DipSW or equivalent)
• Registration with Social Work England
• Proven experience in children and families social work
• Strong knowledge of current legislation and statutory frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Competitive hourly rate of £31.74
