Position OverviewHelps job seekers and customers
Duties and required skills- Greeting customers and clients
- Answering phones
- Helping people navigate the computer
- Helping people with their resumes or applying for jobs
- Showing job seekers the job board
- Asking customers the purpose for their visit and connecting them with available resources
- Typing/computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented team player
- Able to sit and keyboard
Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm
REQUIREMENTS- High School diploma or AA/AS degree and ability to attain workforce development and staffing industry certification within 9 months of hire is required as a condition of employment.
- Any combination equivalent to two years of college in marketing, business administration, human resources, psychology, social services, or closely related experience is preferred.
- Bachelor s degree is preferred.
