Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Redditch, Worcestershire

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 2.30pm
Salary: £14.36ph

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy solving problems, supporting customers, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard? If so, we’d love you to join our client’s team as a Part Time Customer Service Advisor.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers during their installation, managing the process from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with customers, installers, and project managers to ensure everything runs smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and customers are kept fully informed every step of the way. You’ll also provide complaint resolution and aftercare support, making sure our customers remain satisfied long after the installation is complete.

What you’ll be doing :

* Managing live installation projects from start to finish

* Acting as the customer’s main contact, providing updates, support, and aftercare

* Making daily outbound calls to customers and installers

* Liaising with project managers to resolve any issues promptly

* Handling customer complaints professionally and effectively

* Accurately recording all customer interactions in the CRM system

* Monitoring progress, updating reports, and logging service calls

* Ensuring outstanding balances are collected upon completion

* Providing follow-up aftercare to maintain high customer satisfaction

* Maintaining a professional and positive company image

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in customer engagement and complaint resolution

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* A customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism

* The ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
