Aztrum is pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice located near Birmingham. Due to continued growth, my client is looking to strengthen their team with an Architect who can take ownership of projects across a varied and interesting portfolio. Their work spans Residential (including bespoke homes and small housing schemes), as well as Industrial, Commercial, Community, Sports, and Heritage sectors.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

Take responsibility for running architectural projects from early design stages through to delivery on site.

Translate client briefs into creative, practical design solutions that balance aesthetics, function, and budget.

Manage project programmes, coordinate consultants, and carry out regular site visits to ensure smooth progress.

Collaborate closely with colleagues across the practice to maintain consistent communication and technical quality.

Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit.

Present proposals to clients, respond to feedback, and guide projects through planning and construction stages.

Integrate sustainable and environmentally conscious design principles into all projects where possible.

Qualifications for this Architect role:

Proven experience working across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Leisure sectors.

Degree-qualified in Architecture (Part 3 or equivalent).

ARB-registered Architect.

Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience, with project-running responsibilities.

Strong Revit capability.

Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
