Mechanical Estimator
Mechanical Estimator required for our client, a specialist Building Services Company based in the West Midlands who specialise in the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems and renovation of existing systems in commercial sites, with project ranging from £1k up to £1m+.
Salary & Benefits- Basic Salary £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
- Car allowance - £6,000 per annum
- Working hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (half day Fridays)
- Ongoing training and progression
- Company discounts
- 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Preparing and presenting tenders to specifications and drawings
- Estimating systems such as heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and ductwork
- Based from an office in Redditch, with occasional site visits
- Previous experience estimating mechanical projects, specifically within the HVAC sector
- Degree or relevant qualifications in the HVAC / Building services sector
- Based within commutable distance of Redditch
