About the Business
This is an opportunity to become a Group Finance Manager for a growing, tech business based in Studley, operating across multiple group entities in the UK and internationally. Main Duties:
This is a varied, hands-on Group Finance Manager role, which includes:
* Lead, develop, and support a small finance team to ensure individual and collective objectives are met.
* Oversee finance operations across multiple group entities in the UK, US, and offshore.
* Take a hands-on approach to day-to-day transactional finance activities across the group.
* Own the month-end close process and prepare multiple sets of management accounts end to end for senior review.
* Identify opportunities to streamline month-end processes and improve reporting efficiency.
* Review existing finance operations and implement process improvements where appropriate.
* Prepare monthly VAT returns for the group.
* Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts across multiple entities.
* Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and manage the majority of audit fieldwork.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting systems to support timely reporting.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* ACA or ACCA qualified.
* Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is desirable but not essential.
* Advanced Excel skills with confidence handling large and complex data sets.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practice.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
