We are a well-established recruitment business in Redditch and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role would suit someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and being rewarded for results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and developing existing client accounts

* Identifying and winning new business opportunities

* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates

* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

* Working towards achievable targets with full support

About You:

* Experience in sales, business development, or a target-driven role

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Motivated, organised, and proactive

* Interested in developing a career in recruitment

Recruitment experience is not essential – full training provided.
