Job Description

We re looking for an experienced debt recovery paralegal to join a friendly and welcoming legal firm on a permanent basis. This can either be a hybrid role with travel to their office in Redditch or a fully remote role.

Their Commercial Debt Recovery team plays a vital role in managing pre-legal matters and recovering overdue business-to-business debts. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted professional relationships and gaining a clear understanding of their commercial objectives.

Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-legal debt recovery matters, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.

Handle incoming calls and correspondence from debtors, clients, courts, and third-party service providers. Deliver clear, professional communication and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
