Job Title: Press Operator - CNC Press Brake

Industry: Precision Engineering

Location: Redditch

Pay: £14.12 - £14.76 per hour - DOE

Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday (7.30am - 4.30pm) and Friday (7.30am to 12.30pm)

Contracted hours per week: 39hrs.

Overtime available at: x1.33 Mon‑Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday

Holidays/Benefits: Holidays are calculated in hours but work out to be 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year inc. bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks inc. bank holidays following 1 year of continuous service. Death in Service Benefit – 2 x annual salary. Employer 3% / Employee 5% – Pension.

We now require a Press Operator to join the day shift. Working CNC operated machinery you will be tasked to produce precision engineered parts.

• Set and Operate Press machinery – Hydraulic press machines OR CNC Press Brakes.

Must have previous experience operating press machinery.
