• Supervising and coordinating front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment
• A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top‑notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

• Flexible availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays
