Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Aftermarket Sales Support professional to join our team at Gardner Denver, Redditch. This role is pivotal in supporting our aftermarket sales operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our distribution partners and end customers across EMEA.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound aftermarket enquiries
  • Support sales managers in quotations for their accounts
  • Follow up on all new unit enquires with parts offers
  • Manage leads and opportunities in sales force for sales leader
  • Run reports in CRM on conversion rates
  • Provide technical support related to aftermarket requirements
Basic Qualifications
  • Clean driving licence
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Strong IT Literacy (MS, SAP)
  • Experience with Sales Force or other CRM
  • Strong communication skills
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Hybrid role, 2-3 days office based.

Key Competencies
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or aftermarket support, ideally within industrial or technical sectors.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Multilingual skills (advantageous but not essential).
