Hybrid role - 3 days per week in Redhill and 2 days per week in London (Monument)

Salary:
£47,000 per annum + £5,000 travel allowance

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician for a hybrid position combining office-based responsibilities with technical expertise. This role is ideally suited to a strong engineer who is looking to move into a more office-focused role while continuing to apply their technical knowledge at a senior level.

You will play a key role in supporting projects, providing technical input, and contributing to the smooth delivery of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide senior-level technical support and guidance to projects and teams

Review designs, documentation, and technical specifications

Act as a point of reference for technical queries and problem-solving

Support coordination between site and office-based teams

Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices

About You

Proven experience as a Technician or Engineer at a senior level

Strong technical background with the ability to apply knowledge in an office-based environment

Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams

Looking to progress into a more office-based, senior technical role
