Conveyancer – Residential Property

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and freehold/leasehold transactions. You’ll provide expert, transparent advice to clients, agents, brokers, and referrers while proactively managing your own caseload. What You’ll Do  
Handle residential property transactions independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver clear, timely advice with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
Use technology and case management systems to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.
Support business growth through networking and referrals.
Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive team culture.  About You  
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
Proven experience managing a full caseload of property transactions.
Strong referral network or client portability is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Confident using conveyancing systems and digital platforms.
