* This is a field based sales role representing a true market leader and global blue-chip manufacturer.

* The Area Sales Manager will be tasked with winning and tracking 90% new and 10% refurb projects across exciting commercial build projects across the region - selling a leading range of roofing, flooring solutions and non-structural interior products.

* The customer base / route to market is via sub-contractors (roofing contractors, dry-lining contractors, joinery companies) and tier 1 main contractors.

* The Area Sales Manager will be in a fortuitous position where nearly all enquires / leads are inbound and, as such, be required to follow up and convert projects. (This is due to their exceptional reputation and support from a world-class marketing team).

* Project order values range from £10K to £500k - therefore, there is a mixture of short and longer sales cycles.

* As Area Sales Manager, you will work in a collaborative team and a supportive environment with a company know for their fantastic work culture.

 * Essential that you have sold into either roofing contractors, dry lining contractors, joinery companies or main contractors.

The package for the Area Sales Manager

 * up to £60,000 basic salary

 * £24,000 OTE Bonus
