The Program Manager at Sylvan Learning
- Southwest Texas is responsible for delivering a high quality personal customer experience by ensuring Sylvan education programs are delivered by trained teachers. They monitor student performance, meet with families, and liaise with school teachers to connect classroom skills to Sylvan programs.
They observe and coach teaching staff, ensure quality instruction, and communicate with the Center Director to maintain consistency in customer experience.
