Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a Staff RN with NICU experience to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced unit. The role requires current California RN licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year in NICU. The candidate should be capable of leadership responsibilities and meeting regulatory standards.
Candidates must have NRP for Maternal Child experienced RNs and STABLE certification within 6 months of hire. A strong clinical foundation and commitment to patient safety are essential.
